For 2012, Hyundai Veracruz will be designed to carry seven passengers in three seating rows with plenty of standard features. It will be offered in upper-crust Limited and base GLS trim levels with a standard 3.8-liter V-6 power plant. All versions are provided with an optional all-wheel drive system.
The base model of this vehicle is added with some premium packages for 2012. Apart from these changes, there are no major modifications on other models. Two-tone bodywork and swooping curves define Veracruz to follow the styling themes designed by other crossovers of Hyundai, similar to Santa Fe.

Under the Hood
The 2012 version of Hyundai Veracruz is designed with a 3.8-liter V-6 engine and connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual control. This engine is designed o churn out 257 pounds-feet of torque and 260 horsepower.
The engine uses regular gasoline, and the gas mileage of the new Veracruz is expected to improve slightly as well. There is not official update on pricing, but it is being predicted that the prices won’t go up too much.
